Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted for a full refund if returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns after 15 days but within 30 days will be returned for store credit. After 30 days, purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are accepted at our Fargo store location or may be mailed back to our Fargo store.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, makeup marks, or stains will not be accepted for return.

Cosmetics and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

SALE items are final sale.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping costs are not refundable. We do not provide return labels.

Proper is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, stolen or damaged packages. Route Shipping Insurance is an affordable insurance option offered at checkout.

Once the return is received you'll receive a notification of its arrival and we'll initiate the refund. You will see the refund apply to your bank account within 2 - 7 business days.
