Returns are accepted for a full refund if returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns received after 15 days but before 30 days will be returned for store credit. After 30 days of delivery, purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are accepted in either of our store locations or may be mailed back to our Fargo store.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, makeup marks, or stains will not be accepted for return.

Cosmetics, intimates, face masks, and face mask accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Sale items are final sale.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping costs are not refundable. We do not provide return labels.

Proper is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, stolen or damaged packages. Route Shipping Insurance is an affordable insurance option offered at checkout.

Once the return is received you'll receive a notification of its arrival and we'll initiate the refund. You will see the refund apply to your bank account within 2 - 7 business days.
