HOLIDAY 2021 Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for a full refund if returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns received after 15 days or by JANUARY 9, 2022 will be returned for store credit. After January 9, 2022 purchases made during the Holiday 2021 return policy window are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our standard return policy will be reinstated December 26, 2021:
Returns are accepted for a full refund if returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns received after 15 days and within 30 days will be returned for store credit. After 30 days purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, makeup marks, or stains will not be accepted for return.
Sale items, cosmetics, intimates, face masks, and face mask accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping costs are not refundable. We do not provide return labels.
Proper is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, stolen or damaged packages. Route Shipping Insurance is an affordable insurance option offered at checkout.

Once the return is received you'll receive a notification of its arrival and we'll initiate the refund. You will see the refund apply to your bank account within 2 - 7 business days.
Purchases affected during our time closed for Covid-19 (March 1, 2020 - June 8, 2020) must be returned by June 23, 2020 for a refund or July 8th for store credit.
