Return Policy:


Returns are accepted for a full refund if returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns received after 15 days and within 30 days will be returned for store credit. After 30 days purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, makeup marks, or stains will not be accepted for return.


Sale items, cosmetics, intimates, and candles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping costs are not refundable. We do not provide return labels.

Once the return is received we will contact you to let you know it has arrived and initiate the refund. You will see the refund apply to your bank account within 2 - 7 business days. 

Covid-19 Return Policy Addendum:

Our brick-and-mortar stores are currently closed for the safety of our staff and community. For orders placed during our time of closure we’ll be extending the timeline for our return policy. For in-store returns, we’ll “start the clock” on our return policy once we reopen our doors. You can keep an eye on when we’ll be reopening by checking in on our social media pages or calling our stores. 

If you would like a more immediate return, you may ship back in accordance with our return policy. Our mail-in returns may be delayed an extra day or two compared to our standard turnaround, but we will process them as soon as we possibly can! Please use USPS or UPS  to ship back to us.
